1. Service Agreement

By scheduling a service with Royal Elite Plumbing, you agree to these Terms of Service. We provide residential and commercial plumbing services throughout South Florida, including but not limited to Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Delray Beach, and surrounding areas.

2. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted upfront before work begins (flat-rate pricing)
• Payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards
• Emergency and after-hours services may incur additional fees

3. Warranties and Guarantees

Royal Elite Plumbing offers:

• Labor Warranty: 1-year warranty on all labor
• Parts Warranty: Manufacturer warranty on all parts installed
• Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not satisfied, we'll make it right

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may incur a service fee.

5. Property Access

By scheduling a service, you grant our technicians permission to access your property to perform the requested plumbing services. An adult (18+) must be present during the service unless other arrangements are made.

6. Limitation of Liability

Royal Elite Plumbing's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or issues beyond the scope of the requested service.

7. Licensing and Insurance

Royal Elite Plumbing is fully licensed and insured in the State of Florida. Our technicians are background-checked and trained professionals.
